I love a christening, there’s something magical about friends and family gathering around a tiny baby just to say “we’re all here for you, little person”. Whether it’s a formal ceremony in a church or a relaxed naming day in the garden the sentiment is the same. Like every special occasion I know that your focus is on your guests and so is mine. I’ll make sure to get all the photos you want from formal groupings to magical moments that you might otherwise miss.

Preparing for your Shoot

All I’ll say is once you’re done organising the caterers, making sure the grandparents and Godparents know where they need to be and dressing the baby in that oh-so-special outfit, make sure you’ve factored in time to get yourself ready. Sure, the baby will be the centre of attention, but it’s you and your partner who will be holding him or her.
